Agreement

Joe Brown Epique Realty is the trade name of Joseph C Brown PA, a licensed Florida real estate Broker Associate (License ID 3379572) with Epique Realty, Inc (License ID DRE01797917).

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website, operated by Joe Brown Epique Realty from 100 S Ashley Dr, Tampa, FL 33602. By using this site or submitting the contact form, you agree to these terms.

No agency relationship until agreed in writing

Submitting the contact form or exchanging messages does not create a brokerage or agency relationship. A relationship is formed only through a written agreement signed by you and Joseph C Brown PA in accordance with Florida law.
